What is our proposal?
As a Key Account Analyst, you will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our reach through both strategic partnerships and reseller channels. You'll be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with resellers, negotiating profitable deals, and optimizing the performance of all partners. You'll also collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that all efforts align with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Reseller and Partnership management: oversee and nurture relationships with resellers to ensure they meet sales targets, optimize performance, and drive brand growth.
* Business development: identify new opportunities across all Exoticca markets to expand reseller and partner networks, driving growth and expanding our reach.
* Collaboration with internal stakeholders: work closely with teams (Data, Travel Product, Sales) to align targets, opportunities, and initiatives. Regularly update internal stakeholders with insights and progress on partner performance and opportunities.
* Performance analysis and optimization: analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize results.
* Best practices and strategic alignment: stay proactive in identifying the best practices and ensure all actions align with Exoticca's objectives for growth and profitability.
* Representation at Trade shows: represent Exoticca at key trade shows, meetings, and conferences to foster relationships and promote our brand.

Candidate Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in account management, ideally within tourism, travel agencies, or a similar industry.
* Proven experience managing reseller relationships and driving channel sales.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to optimize partner performance.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term, profitable partnerships.
* Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
