About the role

Contributes to the achievement of the plant's Critical Business Need (CBN) and supports the implementation of the Risk, Safety and Health strategy in the site. Supports the implementation of systems and standards (RESH Processes) and takes part of their development when needed. Support the promotion of a proactive safety culture that engages all employees, assists in implementing Safety and Health programs that ensure sustainable compliance to applicable regulations and Essity requirements, and pro-actively drives risk reduction and hazard elimination through continuous improvement processes.

What You Will Do

Is advisor of operational teams on Risk, Safety & Health topics, with the aim of creating a strong and sustainable culture on site

Collaborates with Global RESH Organization and implements initiatives on site

*

Ensures compliance to legal obligations and company standard is maintained and regularly reviewed

*

Spends reasonable and qualitative time in operational areas to drive cultural changes

*

Fosters continuous improvement through reapplication of best practices from internal/external benchmark

*

Acts as business partner to the operational teams

Who You Are

Certified EHS specialist following country regulations and requirements.

Strong understanding of health & safety practices and regulations.
More than 2 years of experience in health & safety.
Advance English level.
Effective communication skills

Ability to implement risk, health, and safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations
Understanding of applicable risk, health, and safety regulations
