IT Digital Project Manager - Paternity Cover

This is a temporary position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering LOEWE's digital and omnichannel initiatives. Working closely with business teams, technology partners and internal stakeholders, you will lead the IT delivery of strategic projects that enhance the customer experience and support the continuous growth of our digital ecosystem.

What is important for the role: Previous experience as an IT Project Manager, Digital Project Manager or similar role, ideally within eCommerce, retail, luxury or customer-facing digital environments. Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and eCommerce platforms, including integrations with CRM, OMS, Payments, Logistics or similar systems. Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) would be a strong advantage. Fluent English is required; French would be a plus
