Are you a strategic leader passionate about building world-class data center operations? We're hiring Data Center Managers to help shape the future of cloud computing infrastructure, driving innovation and operational excellence across our global network.

To be successful in this role you don't have to have worked in a Data Center previously or in an IT related role. If you are a proven people manager, with success of developing a team through change and ambiguity, then this could be the role for you.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth
- Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions
- Manage infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance
- Drive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics, incident management, and capacity planning strategies

A day in the life
Your day will be dynamic and impactful, where you'll collaborate with cutting-edge engineering teams, solve complex technical challenges, and transform how we design and manage data center ecosystems. You'll navigate strategic planning, team development, and operational optimization, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust, efficient, and scalable.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in people management and team development
- Experience managing complex and fast-moving issues
- Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings
- Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for daily use
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Experience managing a technical team
- Experience owning the operation of a mission-critical team or product
