Job Summary
This role consists of managing the Contractual Service Delivery Contractual IT projects portfolio from intake to execution.
Responsibilities
* Manage POA intake: collaborate with the Digital and Business teams to get a prioritized list of candidates, driving clarity and quality on architecture, scope, sizing, benefits, and KPIs. Integrate it with the broader HP Portfolio management process (SPM)
* Manage POA launch: track projects readiness. Ensure alignment on architecture, timeline, scope, staffing. Coach PMs for quality, manage issues.
* Manage POA execution: develop the project reporting framework. Track and report progress, risks and issues at various levels, adapting the message to the audience. Consolidate and maintain an integrated plan. Regularly meet with PMs, coach and support them on issue resolution and best practices. Ensure proper governance is in place. Drive clarity on R&R, ensure accountability. Ensure timely escalation risks and conflicts. Provide reliable status reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Drive post mortems.
* Take the lead on a program, driving its execution from requirements analysis to MTP to adoption.
Education & Experience Recommended
* Senior level experience in enterprise program delivery and portfolio management.
* Strong cross functional leadership spanning Business, IT, Finance, and Governance.
* Expertise in delivery governance, planning processes, and investment management.
* Executive communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem solving skills.
* Experience with portfolio or enterprise planning tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM or similar).
