The Position

Are you ready to drive complex delivery strategies and shape high-impact organizational solutions? As a Senior Delivery Management Lead at Roche, you will provide expert guidance on large-scale initiatives, navigate strategic complexities, and mentor teams to achieve excellence. Depending on organizational needs, you will have the unique opportunity to lean into various archetypes, including Program Manager, Agile Coach, Service Delivery Manager, or Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Your Responsibilities
* Lead Strategy & Scope: Provide expert direction on defining and managing scope for high-impact initiatives, implementing best-in-class delivery frameworks and strategies.
* Solve Complex Problems: Lead the analysis of cross-boundary delivery challenges, driving consensus and defining strategic solutions through persuasive communication.
* Manage Senior Stakeholders: Identify and partner with senior stakeholders globally, executing comprehensive engagement and alignment plans across organizational boundaries.
* Drive Agile Impact: Embed Agile best practices and champion change initiatives across product lines or domains to foster a vibrant culture of innovation.
* Oversee Large-Scale Governance: Manage complex programs with multiple dependencies, executing delivery metrics while managing risks in ambiguous environments.
* Empower & Mentor Teams: Act as a dedicated coach to colleagues, delivering constructive feedback and nurturing growth across delivery disciplines.

Who You Are
You are a dynamic, collaborative leader who thrives on navigating complexity and bringing diverse teams together to achieve strategic goals. You are an expert communicator capable of guiding organizational change and building lasting professional relationships.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
* Extensive Delivery Management Experience: A proven track record operating as a Program Manager, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or similar delivery archetype managing large-scale, complex programs.
* Agile Framework Expertise: Hands-on experience embedding Agile best practices and successfully leading organizational change management initiatives.
* Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated success building strong relationships and cultivating collaboration with key senior stakeholders across diverse boundaries.
* Advanced Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability to analyze cross-boundary delivery issues, evaluate strategic options, and implement innovative solutions.
* Exceptional Communication & Coaching: Outstanding facilitation and negotiation skills, combined with a passion for mentoring colleagues and building team capabilities.
