Job Description:

We are opening a fixed-term contract (6 months) at EVAI, in our offices based in Barcelona.
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for accelerating sustainable growth of Evian and Volvic across assigned export markets.
You will work hand-in-hand with local distributors to build winning go-to-market strategies, strengthen execution, and unlock new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in cross-cultural environments, understands the dynamics of distributor-led markets, and is passionate about building premium and purpose-driven brands.

As a Business Development Manager at EVAI, you will:
* Own the commercial performance of assigned export markets (net sales, profitability, mix)
* Develop and implement annual business plans with distributors, aligned with brand strategy and global priorities
* Lead joint business planning with distributors, including volume targets, pricing, promotions, and activation
* Ensure excellent in-market execution across channels (modern trade, traditional trade, out-of-home, e-commerce where relevant)
* Identify and develop new distribution opportunities and white spaces
* Act as the key interface between distributors and Danone internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance)
* Monitor market performance, analyze data, and proactively propose corrective actions
* Ensure brand standards, compliance, and Danone values are consistently respected in-market

* Commercial Skills: Proficiency in presentation, negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring.
* Analytical Capability: Ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and calculate ROI for investments.
* Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship building across distributors, internal teams, and senior leadership.
* Strategic & Marketing Insight: Understanding of strategic vision and marketing principles to align plans with business objectives
