HUGO BOSS is seeking Sales Associates to join our store team, working 20 hours per week in the Womenswear section at El Corte Inglés (C/ Ramón Areces S/N).
* Contract: Temporary, June, July and August (3 months)
* Working hours: 20 hours per week
* Experience: Previous experience in retail as a Sales Associate (luxury retail experience is a plus)
* Department experience: Previous experience in the Womenswear section (experience at El Corte Inglés is an advantage)
* Languages: English, high level B2-C1 (considered an advantage)
* Availability: Immediate start

What you can expect:

* Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
* Maximize every sales opportunity in order to achieve the store sales targets and individual KPIs.
* Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions.
* Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
* Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
* Optimize product knowledge and use it effectively when recommending and drawing the customer's attention to products, in order to maximize sales opportunities.

* Always presents a professional image.
* Ability to successfully handle multiple competing demands and priorities.
* Professionalism is maintained in all circumstances.
* Fluent in English.
