Data Risk Manager - EcoStruxure Data Office

What will you do:

Strategy & Governance
* Contextualize and operationalize the SE Data Risk strategy.
* Govern the Data Risk framework across the entire IoT data lifecycle.
* Design and implement data risk policies, controls, and mitigation frameworks.
* Ensure alignment with global, regional, and local data regulations.
Risk Management & Compliance
* Anticipate, identify, prioritize, and mitigate data risks across IoT and cloud environments.
* Ensure compliance with data controls, regulatory requirements, and SE global standards.
* Lead data incident analysis, root-cause investigation, and mitigation actions.
* Liaise with the Data Risk & Security teams for audits, assurance, and risk governance.
Program & Process Oversight
* Monitor overall progress of Data Risk initiatives across Ecostruxure Platform
* Program-manage the implementation of risk mitigation and data controls within the Data Office.
* Ensure data-related processes, systems, and assets are secure and protected from internal and external threats.
In Brief
* Maintain the EcoStruxure Data Risk Framework (Discovery → Classification → Flow Mapping → Risk Assessment → Controls → Monitoring → Incident Response).
* Maintain the IoT Data Risk Register and provide risk scoring and prioritization.
* Drive data security initiatives DSPM (Data Security Posture Management) and DLP (Data Loss Prevention).
* Support risk-by-design in product and platform development lifecycles leveraging security advisors
* Map IoT and cloud data flows and identify high-risk paths requiring enhanced controls.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, NIS2, CRA, AI Act, Data Act, CCPA, LGPD, and customer contractual requirements.
What will make you successful:
* Strong experience in data governance, cybersecurity, cloud security, and IoT ecosystems.
* Strong understanding of Azure cloud, data pipelines, microservices, and API-based architectures.
* Knowledge of global data regulations and privacy frameworks.
* Familiarity with DSPM, DLP, encryption models, access governance, and secure-by-design.
* Excellent communication skills, autonomy, analytical thinking, and cross-functional leadership.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Governance, or related field.
* Certifications (nice to have): CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO 27001, CRISC, CCSK, AZ-500.
