The Position

Do you have knowledge and experience working with sales and marketing within Swedish healthcare, High Medical Value Solutions in Neurology? Do you have the ambition to influence, to work cross functionally and collaboratively and to be able to drive clinical demand for High Medical Value Solutions improving medical decisions and patient journeys? Then this position could be of interest for you!

We are now looking for a Disease Area Manager in Neurology, to join our Commercial Customer Excellence Chapter at Roche Diagnostics, Sweden. You will be part of our High Medical Value team and reporting to the Disease Area Lead. We are a collaborative and forward-looking organization where teamwork, knowledge sharing, and trust are key. You will work closely with colleagues across commercial and operational functions in Sweden, as well as with regional and global stakeholders. Our office is located in Solna, Stockholm, and we are open to considering a field-based location within Sweden. Travel within Sweden is a natural part of the role.

Your Impact

* Create commercial market impact and elevate patient outcomes by aligning Roche HMVS with critical, unmet medical needs while serving as a trusted partner, you will cultivate strategic, mutually beneficial relationships with healthcare professionals and system decision-makers to co-create sustainable business opportunities.
* You will - through these collaborative networks- build stakeholder advocacy, accelerate clinical demand, and scale innovative solutions to expand market access and streamline the patient journey.
* Continuously gather and analyze data on disease management, patient journeys, and shifting healthcare policies to collectively map the competitive landscape, capture new commercial opportunities, and strengthen Roche's positioning within the neurology sector.
* Drive the strategic direction of our neurology portfolio while taking ownership of your professional development.
* Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external healthcare stakeholders to develop, refine, and co-create high-impact disease area strategies rooted in robust market insights.
* Support and coach internal teams in understanding and implementing disease area strategies and prioritized HMVSs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximizing value capture.
* Work across cross-functional teams to identify customer growth opportunities, optimize healthcare resource utilization, and deploy high-impact solutions that deliver measurable value to the Healthcare system in neurology.
* Purposefully engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and policymakers beyond the lab to deepen the clinical understanding of high-medical-value solutions (HMVS) and effectively expand the addressable market.
* Identify and execute partnership opportunities with customers and third parties including Pharma companies to drive clinical demand for Roche HMVS, in line with Roche goals and relevant Business Segment strategies.
* Define commercial Disease Area strategies for Sweden and drive sales and marketing activities for our High Medical Value Solutions across one of our key disease areas.

Who you are

* You hold University degree in a relevant field (e.g., medical, pharmaceutical, life sciences) - PhD strongly preferred
* You have Sales experience within Swedish Healthcare
* You have strong understanding of the value that HMVS provide for the healthcare system and more personalized clinical decisions
* You demonstrate solid understanding of the healthcare system, including decision-making processes at regional and national levels
* You have experience in managing relationships with KOLs, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals
* You have Strong financial acumen and project management skills
* Familiarity with common sales methodologies and experience in applying them effectively
* You have a commercial acumen, deep understanding of medical science and clinical healthcare practice as well as extensive experience of clinical key opinion leader engagement.
* You have a growth mindset and willingness to develop a strategic approach to stakeholder management. You are furthermore comfortable interacting with senior levels within healthcare departments and you have an in-depth understanding of High Medical Value Solutions, especially in the neurology field.
* You have strong leadership abilities with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
* Have the ability to navigate and work within a changing organization, maintaining objectivity, respect for differences of opinion, fairness, and open communication and feedback.
* You are very independent in your work and like to take initiative. It is also important that you are a team player that likes to contribute to the group and collaborate towards common goals.
* Proficient in Swedish and English
* No restriction for traveling
