Job Description:

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to join Schneider Electric's Global Services team in the Nordic & Baltic Zone. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders, supporting their day-to-day operations while gaining first-hand exposure to how an international organization operates at both operational and strategic levels.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow, learn, and develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will not only ensure that leaders can operate efficiently but also build a strong understanding of business priorities, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness and team coordination.
* Provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to leaders within the Nordic management team, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense handling, and meeting planning
* Act as a central point of coordination, facilitating communication and alignment across teams, functions, and stakeholders
* Support the execution of projects and initiatives by tracking actions, following up on deliverables, and helping remove obstacles
* Prepare and organise materials for meetings, ensuring leaders are well-prepared and informed
* Build strong relationships across the organisation and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment
* Contribute to improving ways of working by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and increase efficiency
In addition, you will have the opportunity to:
* Work closely with experienced senior leaders and gain insight into both operational execution and strategic planning
* Develop a strong understanding of how a global organisation drives performance, prioritisation, and decision-making
* Grow your professional skills through exposure to complex stakeholder environments and business-critical activities

Who you are

You are early in your career as an assistant or coordinator and motivated to develop within a global organisation. You bring structure, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to everything you do.
* Structured, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with different personalities and expectations
* Solution-oriented, with a focus on simplifying processes and supporting business needs
* Reliable and professional, with integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
* Digitally confident, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams
* Fluent in English

Why join Schneider Electric

At Schneider Electric, you will be part of a global organisation at the forefront of energy management and digital transformation. You will work in an inclusive and collaborative environment where learning and development are encouraged, and where you can grow your career while making an impact.
This role offers a unique entry point into the business, with close exposure to leadership and opportunities to build a strong foundation for your future career.
