* Ensure the smooth operation of assigned floors and support the Housekeeping team in daily operations
* Train, guide, and support team members while ensuring compliance with hotel standards and SOPs
* Monitor cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
* Organize and coordinate daily workflows, staff assignments, and evening turndown service
* Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
* Coordinate maintenance and repair requests in collaboration with the Engineering department
* Manage Lost & Found procedures, inventories, and housekeeping storage areas
* Provide exceptional guest service and act as a role model within the team

* Passion for luxury hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect
* Completed training as a hotel specialist or equivalent qualification in the field of housekeeping
* Several years of professional experience in a similar position within the upscale hotel industry
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Highly organized and efficient working style
* Excellent communication skills
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanor
* Very good command of English (company language)
* Additional German and/or French language skills are highly desirable; any further language is a definite advantage
* Enjoy working in a dynamic and demanding environment
