YOUR CHALLENGE

* Support the complete, accurate and timely execution of daily regulatory client reporting obligations in compliance with the financial market regulations EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG (Switzerland), and SRD2 (Shareholder Identification)
* Monitor and maintain high data quality standards by identifying discrepancies, initiating corrections, and escalating anomalies according to defined procedures
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and compliance functions to resolve breaks, clarify reporting obligations, and implement corrective actions

YOUR PROFILE

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations within a financial institution, ideally involving regulatory transaction reporting or transaction monitoring
* Solid understanding of investment products and their main characteristics
* Practical familiarity with European financial regulations, including EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG, and SRD2 reporting requirements is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline
* Fluency in English (written and spoken), proficiency in German is strongly preferred
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with regulatory transaction reporting platforms is beneficial
