What you will do:
* Independent operation and execution of upstream related activities according to specified instructions (manufacturing protocols / operating instructions / work instructions / SOP)
* Safe and correct execution of work in compliance with safety regulations, taking into account the cGMP quality requirements
* Responsibility for cleanliness and order at the workplace as well as the assigned rooms and storage areas
* Performing monitoring, maintenance, and cleaning tasks, as well as reporting and rectifying defects and malfunctions in the facility, including their documentation
* Every employee is involved as an equal team member through their active participation in continuous improvement processes

What we are looking for:
* Completed professional training (Apprenticeship)
* Chemical or pharmaceutical-technical training as well as GMP and/or BICO training advantageous
* Good skills in speaking, writing, and comprehension in German or English required.
* Accurate work and documentation practices
* Execution of tasks with a high level of safety and quality awareness
* Willingness to work shifts (4-shift operation) with flexibility in work scheduling
