Job Description:

Zeit: 100% Mo-Fr (22:00-06:00) Befristet 1 Jahr

Die ideale Person für diese Stelle hat folgende Voraussetzungen:
* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition / Logistik
* Berufserfahrung in der Importverzollung (Schweiz), Gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Zollprozesse (z. B. E-dec Import, Passar, Transitverfahren)
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse zwingend, Französisch von Vorteil
* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
* Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität auch in hektischen Phasen
* Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen

Tätigkeitsbereiche:
* Abwicklung von Importverzollungen inkl. Abklärungen und Korrekturen
* Erstellung von Zolldeklarationen mit E-dec / Passar
* Prüfung der verzollungsrelevanten Dokumente
* Kundenkontakt sowie Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden
