Job Description

* Support the Market Heads of our Private Banking / Wealth Management organization in operational, strategic and conceptual matters in day-to-day business
* Prepare and develop presentations, reports, analyses and decision-making materials for management
* Coordinate and consolidate input from different markets, teams and central functions
* Prepare and follow up meetings, workshops and management appointments, including tracking of action items
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects and support their implementation
* Analyse and further develop business processes to enhance efficiency and transparency
* Prepare and analyse business data to support business steering and decision-making

Requirements

* University degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in Business Management, Business Development, Project Management or a comparable role within the financial industry
* Experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management
* Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills, combined with a structured and proactive way of working
* Strong communication and coordination skills, with a high level of professionalism, discretion and reliability
* Very good command of PowerPoint and Excel
* Fluency in German and English
