Accounting Assistant - Istanbul

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with retail procedures, and assisting in the preparation of tax declarations and monthly closings. Advanced proficiency in SAP, high accuracy in invoice processing, and English language skills are mandatory for this position.
Software: Advanced proficiency in SAP is a must. Experience in SAP financial modules is highly preferred. Invoice Processing: Proven ability in high-volume invoice entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Expense Auditing: Skilled in expense form controls, ensuring all staff expenses align with corporate guidelines and tax requirements. Language: Very Good command of English (both written and verbal) is required for global reporting and platform management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of Basic Accounting principles and Turkish Tax Legislation. Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
