Sustainable Supplier Insights Specialist

This role is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting supplier-related SSC (Supplier Sustainability & Social Compliance), ESG, and traceability data to support the company's sustainable supply chain strategy. The position plays a key role in generating data-driven insights, identifying risks, and supporting informed decision-making processes.

What you can expect:

* Gather, analyze, and interpret supplier SSC, ESG, and traceability data to generate actionable insights
* Track and evaluate supplier performance against defined metrics and benchmarks, identifying improvement areas
* Prepare comprehensive reports on supplier sustainability performance and present findings to internal stakeholders
* Identify and assess risks related to supplier ESG and traceability practices; ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and recommend mitigation strategies
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier data in relevant systems
* Regularly review and validate supplier data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
* Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes

Your profile:

Qualifications
* 1-3 years of professional experience in corporate sustainability, procurement, or supply chain functions, preferably within an international environment
* Very good command of English, both written and spoken
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders
* High affinity for working with data, systems, and structured processes
* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality output
* Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, CDP)
* Experience with supplier performance management or sustainability assessments
* Exposure to traceability systems or data management platforms
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
