About the Positions in general:

Job Description:

Development Engineer:
* Work on product development processes and provide technical leadership on projects.
* Analyze, design, and test requirements.
* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Design Engineer:
* Participate in product design and development processes.
* Develop and improve products according to design standards.
* Create and test prototypes.
Project Manager:
* Manage and oversee project management processes.
* Effectively manage budget, timeline, and resources.
* Coordinate between team members and successfully complete project goals.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* Problem-solving ability, risk assessments and analytical thinking skills.
* Fluency in English is a must, additional German preferred
