Buyer Support Services Specialist

Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)

You are:

* An experienced professional in analytics

* Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel

* A great communicator and a team player

* A professional with customer-first mindset

* Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level

With you we will: 

* Work closely with Strategic Buyers team to support ongoing activities and identify areas of improvement.

* Support negotiation process with predefined suppliers, prepare a request for information/request for proposal;

* Prepare periodic and on demand reports, graphs and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts etc.;

* Conduct Supplier Research and populate predefined templates on supplier information

* Follow up with suppliers on outstanding Responsible Supplier Audits confirmation dates and information, Supplier Audit tracking;
