Cost Consultant - Utilities

Job Description:

Working in the North West working closely with our utilities clients you will provide cost management services from contract signature and award to completion of projects.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing commercial delivery aligned to strategy.
* Preparing and manage construction contracts.
* Controlling costs, valuations, variations and reporting.
* Advising on claims, certifications, completion and accounts.
* Providing contract advice across works and services.
* Driving governance, assurance and continuous improvement.
* Managing teams, develop capability and manage performance.
* Collaborating to deliver net zero outcomes.
You'll need to have:
* Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with strong cost, risk and change control expertise..
* Expert in contract administration across JCT, NEC and measurement-based forms.
* Digitally capable, analytically strong negotiator, advising stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
* Professionally developing member, commercially astute, championing sustainability, social value and carbon reduction.
