Overview We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to work on one of our most recognisable retail partnerships: ASDA. This role sits at the centre of performance, where data, creativity, and technology come together to drive meaningful business impact at scale. You'll lead paid social strategy and delivery across major platforms, working closely with clients and internal teams to turn insight into action. It's a role with real ownership, influence, and room to shape how paid social contributes to a modern retail business. Responsibilities What you'll be doing Own paid social strategy and day-to-day delivery for ASDA, ensuring campaigns align to wider retail and commercial objectives. Build strong client relationships, confidently presenting insights and recommendations that influence decision-making. Translate performance data into clear, actionable insight that goes beyond reporting and supports growth. Lead testing roadmaps and platform innovation to continually improve performance and efficiency. Oversee campaign quality, budgets, and financial governance, keeping delivery accurate and on track. Collaborate with wider media and performance teams to ensure paid social is integrated into broader plans. Support and develop junior team members through clear direction, feedback, and shared best practice. Qualifications Skills we're looking for Experience managing paid social strategy and activation across major platforms within a performance-led environment. Confidence working directly with large or complex clients, including presenting insights and recommendations. Strong understanding of measurement, KPIs, and how paid social drives business outcomes. An organised, detail-focused approach with sound financial and operational awareness. A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across disciplines and teams. Curiosity and adaptability when testing new ideas, tools, and platform features. A people-centred leadership style that supports development while maintaining high standards.
