Overview We are hiring a Planning Manager to join Spark Foundry, working across two iconic brands - Meta (including Glasses, Quest Headsets) and Ralph Lauren. This is an opportunity to shape how innovative products and premium lifestyle storytelling connect with audiences through smart, integrated media planning. You'll sit at the heart of strategy and execution, bringing clarity to complex briefs and ensuring ideas translate into impactful campaigns. Responsibilities Lead the development of integrated media plans across channels including AV, OOH, print, digital and partnerships Translate client strategy into clear, actionable plans that deliver effective and measurable outcomes Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, global teams and media partners Connect insight, planning and activation to ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and commercially sound Manage multiple workstreams and timelines, ensuring campaigns land on time and to a high standard Collaborate closely with internal specialist teams (investment, data, audience and activation) Oversee planning outputs and financial processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency throughout delivery Qualifications Strong experience in media planning across offline and digital channels Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution Confident stakeholder management and communication skills Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Collaborative mindset with a focus on building positive working relationships Curiosity and openness to new ideas, innovation and evolving channels Commitment to delivering high-quality work that drives both short-term performance and long-term brand growth Additional information Spark Foundry offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
