Job Description:

* Job Title - Contract Reviewer
* Job Type - 6 Months Temporary
* Location - Oldbury (5 days a week on site)
* Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
* Salary - £30,000 pro rata
* Industry - Business Assurance
Overview of the role:
* To prepare, review and maintain contracts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Making sure all contracts are up to date and within agreed service level agreements
* Working to high level of accuracy

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in contract management or file reviewing.
You will also have the following:
* Previous experience in an administrative role within a target driven customer service environment
* Show ability in using MS Office and also other online CRM's
* Experience producing professional communications
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
