6 month fixed-term contract
Hybrid working - combination of working from home and attending local Bupa office

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will have a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience from identifying, attracting and sourcing, to building a highly effective future proof pipeline. You will influence and guide hiring managers with recruitment best practice in mind along with driving our diversity and inclusion agenda.

What you'll do:
* Lead on recruitment full life cycle, sourcing, conducting telephone interviews and supporting through the onboarding process
* Partnering with key stakeholders and advising on recruitment best practice
* Champion diversity and inclusion adopting a fair and inclusive hiring process
* Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition Team and HR to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
* Identifying continuous improvement throughout the resourcing process, ensuring a best-in-class resourcing experience for both candidates and hiring managers

What you'll bring:
* Proven track record in recruitment with experience delivering varied campaigns either in house or agency.
* Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
* Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within a constantly changing market
* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday
* Strong organisational, problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
* Demonstrable experience of managing both high and low volume roles, whilst working to tight deadlines and achieving stretching targets
