Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter / Waitress role
* Deliver exceptional, personalised food and beverage service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverages to confidently guide guests and make recommendations.
* Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue while enhancing the guest experience.
* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service, responding promptly to requests and resolving any concerns effectively.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation within the restaurant and service areas.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service delivery.
* Provide accurate information about hotel services, dining options, and facilities to enhance the overall guest stay.
About you
We are looking for a passionate and service-driven individual with a genuine love for hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment is advantageous. You will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering outstanding guest experiences. A strong team spirit, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards are essential.
