Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager - Sports & Fitness to be based in The North of England.
The Sport and Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within the Sport & Fitness sector. You'll be responsible for leading a team that will identify, target, and win new business, along with nurturing relationships with independent and national gyms. You'll ensure Red Bull looks like number one in every gym within GB, encourage trial of Red Bull, and help Red Bull to become the number one energy drink in fitness.
The role covers Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds. RESPONSIBILITIES

People Management

Work cross-functionally with the Field Sales Strategy Manager, National Account Teams, and Customer Marketing team to deliver and execute the business plan.
Collaborate with the marketing, brand, and sports teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive revenue.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Lead, manage, and coach your team to enable them to unlock their talents and achieve the best version of themselves.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs, provide personalised recommendations, and drive repeat business.
Educate, train, and develop your team to ensure we are providing the formal 10% training.
Continually review and measure team inputs and contributions to the overall strategy.

Sport & Fitness

Demonstrate a strong understanding of sports and fitness products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to existing and potential new customers.
Educate customers on the benefits of the Red Bull portfolio and services to support them in achieving their business goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to make informed sales and marketing decisions.

Recruitment

The Sales Manager plays a critical role in building a talented and diverse workforce that drives business success and contributes to a positive work culture by embracing Red Bull values and philosophies.
Collaborate with the Red Bull People team to understand current and future requirements in order to build a high-performing team and develop strategies to address those needs through recruitment.
Utilise various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Review CVs, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates to determine their skills, experience, and strengths aligned with Red Bull.
Conduct interviews, both structured and unstructured, to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role and assess their potential contribution to the team.
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' strengths, development opportunities, and overall fit for the role, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless integration into the organisation and are set up for success in their roles.
EXPERIENCE

Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint intermediate level essential.

Valid UK driving licence.
