Duties and responsibilities related to the Concierge role
·Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring they feel valued and attended to
·Provide personalised recommendations and services tailored to individual guest preferences and needs
·Handle special requests, including arranging flowers, gifts, transportation, or unique accommodations
·Maintain and update concierge resources, such as brochures, maps, and information on local attractions
·Stay informed about local events, dining options, entertainment, and services to offer accurate and valuable guidance
·Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently and seamlessly
About you
You'll bring proven experience within a concierge department, ideally gained in a premium hotel environment. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you have a strong guest-focused approach and the ability to anticipate and respond to needs with professionalism and efficiency. Your in-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services enables you to provide personalised recommendations and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay
