Job Description:
At AWS Professional Services (ProServe), we are building a worldwide team of technical cloud computing architects to work on enterprise customer engagements around the world and helping our partners develop technical expertise and capacity supporting these customers. To help grow and scale this business, we are looking for an exceptional Field Strategy & Operations (FSO) leader for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business, with strong advisory, operational, business partnering, collaboration, and communication skills. This individual will manage a team of EMEA FSO leaders and will be accountable for multiple key business processes to ensure a great experience for customers, high productivity of all consultants, and efficient execution of business operations and strategy.
Ideal location is London but other EMEA hub locations will be considered.
Key job responsibilities
- People Management: Ensure our EMEA Field Strategy & Operations team is staffed with exceptional talent and that they are coached and developed for professional success.
- Opportunity Pipeline and Revenue Management: Deliver pipeline and revenue forecasting reviews to ensure efficient execution in the sales cycle. Scale processes and reporting for continued simplification.
- Business Planning: Provide business analytics and insights that influences strategy/tactics/behavior. Establish and lead meeting cadences to drive short and long term business planning. Deliver a planning process focusing on operating models and establishing the right experiments to address long term opportunities and challenges.
- Scale & Simplify Operations: Develop and implement mechanisms to drive continuous improvements across the business, with an emphasis on process automation/elimination and AI toolings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, and Finance to ensure all methodologies, policies, and procedures are scaling to meet the needs of the business.
- Lead initiatives across ProServe Strategy & Operations and contribute to ProServe scale globally.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in senior leadership work in sales operations, sales strategy, finance, business development, or other related fields
- Experience in leading a divisional sales operations team or equivalent responsibilities supporting a mid-to-large-scale, multi-geographical, high-tech, sales organization
- Experience hiring and leading a high-performance team
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience in business-process design
- Experience rapidly growing an organization and attracting, hiring, and maintaining top talent
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
