We're looking for a Hotel Distribution Manager to own and grow our strategic distribution partnerships and accounts across Europe. In this high-impact role, you'll manage relationships with online travel agents (OTA's) and distribution partners end-to-end, shaping commercial outcomes for our hotels while ensuring operational excellence, connectivity performance, and new business opportunities.
What you'll do
You'll be the owner of assigned accounts, guiding them from prospect to contract through onboarding with technology, account optimisation, and ongoing day to day account management.
Acting as a trusted partner to internal commercial teams, technical teams and external stakeholders, you'll balance operational rigour with commercial opportunity, ensuring our hotels are positioned to win in a complex and fast-moving travel distribution ecosystem.
Own day-to-day management of assigned distribution partners across Europe
* Act as the central point of contact for partner relationships, performance, and governance
* Lead and support Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with partners and internal stakeholders
* Drive and support account development, identifying and enabling high-value opportunities
* Partner closely with Commercial teams to align account enablement and regional priorities
* Support partner contracting and renewals, ensuring alignment with IHG distribution guardrails
* Own partner onboarding, configuration, and ongoing maintenance across distribution systems
* Support onboarding of new IHG brands into partner portfolios
* Act as first point of escalation for connectivity and channel support issues
* Coordinate with internal technology teams and external connectivity providers to resolve issues quickly and effectively
What you'll bring
* Significant experience in product management, travel technology, distribution, or vendor/partner management
* Deep understanding of travel distribution technology including OTAs, GDS, PMS, and connectivity platforms
* Proven experience leading complex partner integrations, including API testing and working with XML/JSON messaging
* Strong background working in cross-functional, technology-driven environments
* Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
* Ability to balance commercial opportunity with governance, compliance, and operational execution
* Confidence operating in fast-paced, complex ecosystems and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
