Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management of all Insights and Analysis activity on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.

Key responsibilities:
Manages a team of Managers, Executives and Analysts focused on reporting and visualisation
Develops and launches new productised solutions with data visualisation components
Markets productised solutions internally and externally
Develops and implements standards for operational excellence
Independently responds to RFPs and pitches new client work
Manages the client relationship on large reporting and visualisation projects
Ensures profitability of projects and adherence to commitments in SOWs
