What You'll Do

* Complete plannedpreventative maintenance checks
* Complete reactiverepair tasks
* Inspect/repairfloor tiles ceramic & Vinyl.
* Inspect/cleardrainage and gully systems.
* Plumbing skills -repair taps, unblocking toilets, sinks
* Joinery skillsInspect/repair doors, replace Digi locks
* Painting andre-decorating
* Undertake anytasks as designated by line management.
* Maintain variousrecords and documentation (Maintenance, Reports, Health & Safety andQuality).
* Completion ofmandatory training and task-based training
* Assist inoccasional out of hours works when required (Appropriate notice will be given)
* Planned andreactive remedial work with respect to: Electrical distribution, Power,Lighting and electrical inspections.
* Legal Complianceincluding Fire Alarm, Pat Testing, Emergency light testing and Electricaldefect Repairs.
* Hot hold unitrepairs and maintenance.
* Canopy light andFloodlight maintenance and repairs.

Accountabilities

* Reporting to theElectrical manager/Supervisor.
* Accountability tothe CBRE functional heads, as appropriate.
* Accountableday-to-day to the relevant client contacts.

DesirableQualifications & Attributes

* Relevantrecognised electrical apprenticeship
* City & Guildselectrical installation certificate Part one
* City& Guilds electrical installation certificate Part two
* City & GuildsNVQ L3 and AM2
* IEE 18th editionwiring regulations
* City & Guilds2377 (PAT)
* Relevant ITskills; basic use of email and Microsoft Office
* Full UK Drivers License
