Job Summary and Qualifications:
Under the supervision of the Director or Manager of Facilities Management, or designee, performs daily functions to support the facility's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing physical plant, and maintain a safe environment of care for patients, visitors, and staff. Performs additional tasks/activities as determined, and assigned, by either the Director or Manager of Facilities Management.

What qualifications you will need:
* Vocational School Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital/high-rise plant operations required
* Associate's degree in related field highly preferred
* Valid Texas (DL) Driver License and clear driving record required
* (ELEC-MAINT) Electrical Maintenance License, or (HVAC) HVAC Technician, or (PLUMB-APP) Plumbing Apprentice
