Job Duties: Provide domain expertise across thematic ETFs: structural investment themes such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, infrastructure, genomics, lithium and copper mining, clean energy, and electric vehicles; Active ETFs: actively managed factor, theme, and sector rotation strategies, and outcome-oriented ETFs (defined outcome, buffered, and income-focused); and Digital Asset ETPs: spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETPs, leveraged, inverse, options- and futures-based crypto ETFs, blockchain ETFs, crypto-related equities and treasury companies, supported by specialized knowledge of blockchain ledger infrastructure, stablecoins, tokenization, decentralized finance (DeFi), and crypto market structure. Serve as a subject-matter expert for institutional and wealth clients, delivering thematic & active ETF positioning and digital asset ETP education-covering product architecture, operational model, crypto custody workflows, creation/redemption mechanics, and portfolio implementation best practices-through advisor webinars, investor roadshows, portfolio consultations, and meetings with wealth platforms, portfolio managers, research and due-diligence teams. Create innovative quantitative client tools addressing whole-portfolio dynamics, such as thematic portfolio diagnostics, revenue exposure mapping and thematic value chain analysis, helping clients assess risk, surface unintended exposures and evaluate allocation impact. Author thought leadership and market insights on structural themes and digital assets - synthesizing macroeconomic and thematic research with portfolio construction, cryptocurrency fundamentals, product design, market structure, and regulatory developments into educational content for global investors. Manage data analytics for thematic, active, and digital assets ETF suites leveraging Aladdin portfolio tools, Tableau business intelligence dashboards and third-party data terminals (Morningstar & FactSet) to address client inquiries in real time, monitor demand shifts, and inform market positioning. Analyze ETP market quality and crypto-asset behavior: spreads, tracking error, liquidity, volatility, and premium/discount patterns - using Python, SQL, Bloomberg and proprietary analytics to ingest and automate high-frequency market trading data for internal dashboards and client deliverables. Partner with other BlackRock teams including Product Innovation, Capital Markets, Aladdin, and Digital Assets shape next-generation ETP offerings with commercial viability, providing analytical input into product design and contributing to cross-functional marketing, research and legal workstreams. Develop sales and distribution strategies and support strategic growth initiatives by identifying market gaps, analyzing client adoption trends, asset flows, revenue concentration risks, and regulatory developments, and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for product development, commercialization, and long-term fund positioning.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or a related field and two (2) years of experience as an Analyst or a related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Domain expertise in thematic ETFs across themes including artificial intelligence, semiconductors, cybersecurity, infrastructure, genomics, lithium and copper mining, clean energy, and electric vehicles; Active ETFs expertise - actively managed factor, sector and theme rotation ETFs, outcome-oriented ETFs including buffered, defined-outcome, and income-focused; Extracting and manipulating ETF and market data using Bloomberg, MorningStar, FactSet and Simfund; Building Tableau dashboards for ETF flows, category trends, and competitive intelligence; SQL, Python and API programming for ETF analytics automation and client data reporting; Portfolio management software for portfolio diagnostics and risk analysis; Quantitative ETF research including ETF basket construction, index methodology evaluation, return and risk attribution and portfolio sizing impact; Institutional and wealth client presentations on ETF positioning and portfolio insights; and Authoring thematic investing and macroeconomic insights for client and advisor distribution.

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
