You will work closely with Product, Growth, Data, AI/Big Data, Design, Legal, and Risk teams to build impactful user experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
* Conduct market, competitor, and user research to uncover needs, identify gaps, and inform product vision and roadmap;
* Conduct user research and analyze user voice to generate insights and propose continuous improvements that enhance financial products and user experience;
* Help prioritize the product roadmap based on business value, resources, and key milestones;
* Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle - from discovery to launch, performance measurement and optimization and post-launch iteration;
Project & Roadmap Management
* Ensure smooth execution of product and growth projects by working closely with cross-functional teams, including tech/ AI big data, design, legal, and risk management, to streamline partnership integration and ensure a seamless user experience;
* Track timelines, dependencies, and key milestones to ensure timely delivery;
Growth & Marketing
* Design and execute growth programs to drive user acquisition, retention, monetization;
* Drive major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and new feature launches by collaborating with data, creative teams to deliver integrated plans that scale product usage;
* Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and content variations;
Operational Collaboration
* Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless product operations and issue resolution;
* Turn day-to-day operational and user challenges into actionable insights that drive product enhancements and boost customer satisfaction & service quality.
Requirements
Conceptual/ technical (strong advantage)
* Background in Data, AI, Computer Science, Information Systems
* Interest in applying AI tools / genAI to solving growth and product problems
