Key responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key HCPs and medical experts within Oncology
* Provide high-quality scientific exchange, translating complex clinical data into clear, impactful insights
* Support market readiness and successful adoption of key therapies through scientific engagement
* Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights from the field to internal stakeholders
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and other teams to ensure aligned execution
* Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support scientific leadership and strategy
* Deliver presentations and training on clinical and scientific data to internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Novartis policies and ethical standards

Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in Oncology (mandatory)
* Strong scientific background with ability to interpret and communicate clinical data
* Experience in medical affairs, MSL, or related scientific field roles
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Ability to collect, analyze, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex scientific concepts
* Strong collaboration and cross-functional mindset
* Fluent in English

Desirable Requirements:

* Experience working with nuclear medicine / radioligand therapies
* Previous experience engaging with top-tier oncology experts in Chile
