We are looking for a Medior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant or experienced Key User to join our SAP team. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on SAP PM experience who wants to further develop in consulting or already operates as a functional specialist.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support, optimize, and implement SAP PM solutions across maintenance and asset management processes.

YOUR MISSION:

* Support and enhance SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) processes
* Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
* Configure and customize SAP PM (notifications, orders, maintenance plans, equipment, functional locations)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, EAM, FI/CO)
* Participate in implementations, rollouts, or support projects
* Provide user support, training, and documentation
* Contribute to process improvements and system optimization ​

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 1610EUR - 3150EUR

WHO YOU ARE: 

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT

* 2-5 years of relevant experience in SAP PM
* Background as:
* SAP PM Consultant, OR
* Key User / Business Specialist with strong hands-on SAP PM experience
* Knowledge of:
* Maintenance processes (corrective & preventive)
* Work orders and notifications
* Asset structures (equipment, functional locations)
* Experience with SAP configuration/customizing is an advantage
* Understanding of integration with MM (materials, spare parts) is a plus
* Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or asset-intensive industries is beneficial ​
* German language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
* English language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
* Slovak language proficiency at advanced (C1) level
