Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

* You contribute to establishing Change & Adoption Management as an integrated and natural part of major projects.
* You lead, co-lead, and/or contribute to Change and Adoption workstreams in global projects, initiatives, and programs.
* You actively foster Change and Adoption Management to build expertise and capabilities (e.g. moderating workshops, acting as a sparring partner in change-related projects, and conducting learning interventions).
* You further develop our Change and Adoption Management approaches and methods, and strengthen our global Change and Adoption culture.
* You build, nurture, and expand stakeholder networks within global and national sales organizations; taking ownership for a geographical zone as Change & Adoption Partner
