We create digital-first learning experiences that combine practical training, real-world projects, and strong student support. Our mission is to make high-quality education accessible, relevant, and closely connected to the needs of today's job market.

We are expanding our presence in Brazil and building our B2B/B2G and strategic partnerships operation in the region and looking for a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on, and relationship-driven professional to help develop new commercial and institutional opportunities with:
* companies,
* universities,
* NGOs,
* workforce development programs,
* and strategic ecosystem partners.
This is a founding, early-stage role for someone excited about building partnerships and market expansion initiatives from the ground up in Brazil.
The position combines:
* strategic partnerships,
* business development,
* consultative B2B/B2G sales,
* and go-to-market expansion.

You will work directly with the Brazil leadership team, with high ownership, autonomy, and exposure to strategic decision-making.

What you will do

* Develop new B2B and B2G partnership opportunities in the Brazilian market
* Prospect and build relationships with companies, universities, social impact organizations, and institutional partners
* Lead strategic meetings and consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders
* Structure commercial proposals and partnership models
* Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and partnership development processes
* Generate opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
* Help build TripleTen's commercial and partnerships playbook for Brazil
* Collaborate directly with leadership on expansion and go-to-market strategy

* Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or consultative B2B sales
* Experience in EdTech, corporate learning, workforce development, employability, or social impact initiatives is a strong plus
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Highly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with autonomy
* Comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments with evolving processes
* Ability to create opportunities from scratch and develop long-term strategic relationships
* Experience working with universities, HR/L&D teams, ESG initiatives, or institutional programs is a plus
