Inviting applications for the role of Learning and Development Manager!

Responsibilities

* Deploy the global L&D strategy locally, developing and implementing learning programs in alignment with business priorities
* Design and manage internship programs, building partnerships with universities to attract and develop young talent
* Coordinate employee training sessions, ensuring effective logistics, communication, and participant engagement
* Conduct learning needs analyses in collaboration with business leaders to identify development priorities and skill gaps
* Design and deliver learning solutions that address organizational capability needs and support career growth
* Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Manage relationships with external training providers, ensuring quality, relevance, and cost efficiency of solutions
* Maintain accurate records of learning activities, participation, and outcomes, providing regular reports and insights
* Support onboarding programs to accelerate new employee integration and performance
* Promote a culture of learning by communicating opportunities, sharing best practices, and encouraging employee participation
* Stay current with learning and development trends, technologies, and methodologies to enhance local programs
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, processes, and local legal requirements related to training and employee development

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's or equivalent education
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Green belt / Black belt / certified lean professional will be preferred.
* Any AI certification/ project management certification / IT course will be a preference.
