Zweck & Gesamtrelevanz für die Organisation:
Der Zweck dieser Position ist die vorübergehende, administrative Unterstützung des oben genannten Bereichs.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
* Durchführen aller anfallenden und relevanten administrativen Aufgaben unter Anleitung
* Organisieren, Verteilen und Archivieren von Informationen und Schriftverkehr
* Koordinieren und Organisieren von Meetings
* Fungieren als interner Ansprechpartner für abteilungsbezogene Belange
* Pflegen und Aktualisieren von Tabellen und anderen Dokumenten
* Übersetzen von Dokumenten
* Unterstützung beim Erstellen und/oder Zusammenstellen von Präsentationen
* Pflegen und Aktualisieren des Team-Sharepoints (falls anwendbar)

Key Relationships:
* WHS CENTRAL TEAM; ACCOUNT OPERATIONS, GTM CENTRAL, MARKETING ACTIVATION

Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten:
* strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Interesse an der sales Tätigkeit
* Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
* Hohes Maß an Integrität und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Interesse an Sport

Benötigte Ausbildung und Erfahrung / Mindestanforderung:
* LAUFENDES STUDIUM DER BETRIEBSWIRTSCHAFTSLEHRE, DER SPORTÖKONOMIE, MARKETING / SALES ODER EINES VERGLEICHBAREN STUDIENGANGS
* Derzeit laufendes Studium an einer Hochschule bzw. Universität (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung liegt vor für den betreffenden Zeitraum)
* Gute Anwender-Kenntnisse in MS-Office (insbesondere MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
