Product Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Apple is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager who will be responsible for supporting the organisation in managing Regulatory Certification and ensuring all requirements are met for importation and sale of Apple products across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The Regulatory Compliance team ensure the products we build comply with the relevant standards, regulations, and laws in the countries we operate in. You will support the team in managing the regulatory certification platforms; drive new product introduction in line with regulatory requirements and timelines for product launch; maintain regulatory documentation systems and databases; and communicate to cross functional teams on developments and updates on key projects.
Minimum a degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or comparable Background in Regulatory Compliance including safety, EMC, and radio compliance. Knowledge of International telecommunications regulations and standards. Consumer products background preferably in the Telecom & IT sector.
Experience in communication with Regulators, Regulatory Agencies, Standards Organizations and other organizations responsible for the regulation of wireless device testing, certification, importation and sale. Knowledge of Regulatory documentation requirements and the ability to understand how these apply to the products. Experience in regulatory, wireless engineering or telecommunications. Knowledge of Medical Device, Cybersecurity, and/or AI regulation would be a plus. Minimum 5 year's experience in similar industry
