Then come and join our global team as Data Scientist & Data Product Manager in MR (f/m/d).
Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 28h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
* As a Data Scientist, you quickly and precisely translate business-critical questions into mathematical, statistical, and machine-learning-based methods and answer them using our cloud-based XMART data platform.
* As a Data Product Manager, you take ownership of the entire lifecycle of operational MR system data - from data generation and cloud collection to answering business-critical questions related to the operation and usage of MR systems.
* You are responsible for developing a vision for MR-scanner-based data management that is aligned with our business objectives and for driving the design of the migration process.
* You ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the entire PLM process.
* In addition, you coordinate close collaboration with adjacent interfaces to enable monitoring of the scanner fleet in operation for customers, Customer Service, and Product Lifecycle Management through our data-driven products.
* Last but not least, you coordinate our global development teams in India and Germany.

Your qualifications and experience:
* You hold a Master's degree in a natural science or technical field, such as Data Science, (Business) Informatics / Computer Science, Mathematics / Statistics, Physics with a focus on data analysis, or a comparable field of study.
* You have several years of professional experience in Data Science and Machine Learning and/or in Product Management with a focus on data-driven products, preferably in a regulated environment such as healthcare.
* You have in-depth knowledge of ensuring data integrity and availability for ML projects.
* You are confident in applying relevant mathematical, statistical, and ML methods and tools.
* Ideally, you have strong experience with platforms for data-driven decision support, such as Databricks and/or Power BI.
* Certifications, for example from the Microsoft curriculum, or completed Data Science training programs are considered an advantage.
