You will manage order management and invoicing for a specific market.

How you will contribute

Your tasks:
* People Manager: responsible for developing a high-performing team of E2E Fulfillment specialists, aiming for a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Performance Management: Drive planning decisions, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure operational processes align with broader business objectives.
* Operational Excellence: Manage effective order fulfilment, taking account of availability checks, stock allocation rules and cross-functional alignment to balance supply constraints with delivery of service levels
* Manage the relationship with supply planning to ensure there is confidence in the demand plan and that key forecast decisions are made by the appropriate stakeholders
* Critical Issue Management & Service Assurance: Proactively identify and manage supply chain constraints and ensure service recovery plans are in place to maintain targeted service level.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
* Extensive proven experience (+5 years) in Customer Service and Logistics or Supply Chain operations and Project Management
* Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and interdependencies
* SAP/SAP APO knowledge and strong data analysis skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Fluent in German and English
