Job Description Summary:

At The Coca-Cola Company, we are driven by our purpose to refresh the world and make a difference. Across our global system, our people play a critical role in ensuring that our products are available to customers and consumers every day, everywhere.

We are looking for a Supply Planning Lead to join our CPS Plant team in Buenos Aires. This role is at the heart of plant operations, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and information for all finished goods SKUs. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, the ability to influence across functions, and a passion for connecting end-to-end supply planning with business results. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of plant operations while acting as a key enabler of supply assurance and operational excellence.

What you'll do for us

In this role, you will act as the supply "control tower" for the plant, aligning multiple stakeholders to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Key responsibilities include:
* Track and analyze finished goods Weeks of Supply (WOS), identifying improvement opportunities and proposing planning parameter adjustments to optimize inventory value. (20%)
* Ensure on-time, in-full product availability to bottlers by defining finished goods inventory policies and monitoring coverage reports, while aligning actions with Master Planning and Production Scheduling teams. (20%)
* Lead Pre-SPP and SPP (Supply Planning Process) sessions, consolidating inputs from Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Customer Service, New Products, HR, Lab, Projects, and Demand; analyze volume and inventory projections and connect changes with key business drivers. (20%)
* Analyze inventory projections and monitor inventory value, leading mitigation plans to manage risks related to shortages or excess inventory. (10%)
* Lead key initiatives such as Migration routines and execution of New Products within the plant. (10%)
* Support troubleshooting initiatives and ensure plant requirements are properly communicated to Shared Services. (10%)
* Support local execution of Enterprise Risk Management activities, including Business Continuity Plans and risk assessments. (5%)
* Contribute to risk analysis activities to proactively identify and manage operational risks. (5%)
This role requires strong negotiation and influencing skills, as you will coordinate across multiple functions without having direct reports, ensuring supply remains the top priority for the plant.

What are the qualifications needed

Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field
* Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
* Solid analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into actionable insights
* Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term planning priorities
* Sound decision-making skills, with high standards of integrity and ethics
* Fluent English (written, spoken, and listening)

Preferred qualifications:
* At least two years of experience within a similar manufacturing/supply planning environment
* Experience working cross-functionally within a plant or operations setting

What We'll Do for You

* Global impact with local relevance: Be part of a world-class organization where your work directly supports supply continuity for multiple bottling plants while gaining end-to-end exposure to plant operations.
* Growth and development: Access learning experiences that strengthen your supply chain, analytical, and leadership capabilities, preparing you for broader roles within operations and planning.
* Purpose-driven culture: Work in an inclusive, collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives, continuous improvement, and making a meaningful impact through what we do every day.

At The Coca-Cola Company, we believe that supply excellence is built through collaboration, data-driven thinking, and empowered people. If you are energized by complex challenges and motivated to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
