As a People Ops - Recruitment Services - Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Business Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving and escalating inquiries as needed, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes and systems.

As a Specialist, you will provide specialized advice and handle technical tasks, conducting in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will adapt to a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work and consistently delivering quality results that drive value for the team. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your ability to actively listen, ask questions, and clearly express ideas will be key to your success, as will your commitment to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

- Managing the employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record-keeping
- Coordinating payroll and benefits administration to support workforce needs
- Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as necessary
- Supporting compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate documentation and process adherence
- Utilizing HR software to maintain data quality and streamline HR operations
- Conducting detailed analyses of HR metrics to inform process improvements and strategic decision-making
- Facilitating employee engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize HR service delivery and shared services
- Administering employee terminations and related processes with confidentiality and professionalism
- Documenting and improving HR processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management
- Utilizing Human Resources (HR) Metrics for process improvement
- Coordinating staff and managing employee life cycle processes
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Applying knowledge of labor laws in HR service delivery
- Engaging in stakeholder communications and conflict resolution strategies
- Experience with Workday or comparable HR technology platforms.
- Prior experience supporting offer letters, hiring processes, referral bonus payouts, or HR operations
- Comfort working with data integrity, reporting, and process maintenance activities
