YOUR MISSION
This role is essential to the growing Customer Service team in EEMEA Distribution, which now oversees several business units:
* Teamsport
* Sport Promotion
* Motorsport
* Seeding Sportstyle
Its primary aim is to uphold high service standards and efficiency as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Management: Handle and monitor customer orders for all business lines.
* Customer Communication: Address inquiries, resolve challenges, and maintain a positive customer experience.
* System Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office, SAP, and MyPuma Biz to execute daily tasks and manage requests.
* Reporting: Assist with internal reports concerning order flow, service performance, and operational metrics.
YOUR TALENT
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
* Competency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and MyPuma Biz is advantageous.
* Collaborative team spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
* Strong multitasking skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy.

* Reports to the Customer Service team head within EEMEA Distribution.
* Located in Salzburg, Austria.
* Plays a key role in supporting diverse business units and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
