Amazon is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain process development and execution in Amazon's Brazil operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, curiosity to understand complex systems, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support the weekly/daily planning processes for our fulfillment centers, using data and analytics to monitor planning accuracy, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with FC teams to contribute to operational productivity.

This position requires solid analytical capabilities, foundational knowledge of supply chain planning processes (manufacturing or ecommerce), , and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
-Support inbound, outbound, and transfer volume forecasting at fulfillment center level, at weekly and daily grain, building models that quantify forecast error and its cost impact
-Build and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to track planning adherence, surface deviations early, and support data-driven decision-making across the team
-Develop scenario analyses and simulations to evaluate trade-offs between cost, capacity, and service level - translating outputs into structured recommendations for senior team members and stakeholders
-Identify opportunities to leverage existing tools and automation to make processes more scalable, supporting recommendations with quantitative data assessments
-Contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing forecasting accuracy by identifying root causes through data, sizing the opportunity, and proposing evidence-based solutions

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Supply Chain, working with operational/tactical planning at weekly and daily levels (inbound/outbound)
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
