CPX Finance Business Partner (Sr Manager)

The CPX (Construction Project Execution) Finance Business Partner function focuses on financial management of capital projects, ensuring profitability, cost control, and financial discipline across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Project Cost Controlling & Profitability Management

* - Perform project cost controlling on indirect and direct costs

* - Inform SSC to ensure correct capitalization of assets under construction (AUC) and timely cost reclassification upon project completion

* - Track and update project POC/TOR based on business milestones and manage labor rate management and cost tracking

Rolling Forecast, Target Commitment & Performance Reviews

* -un forecast process from SP or portfolio level, being on top of POC/TOR profile, cost profiles, billing plan and BS impact in project finance tool

* Identify risks and opportunities and coordinate close-gap initiatives linked to management reporting

* Serve as the finance counterpart, anchor, and partner in setting annual construction targets and commitments for SP (or portfolio)

* Prepare commentary, narrative, and facilitate performance reviews with project teams

* Analyze pre- and post-calculation results to identify trends and promote operational improvements using financial insights

Decision Support & Business Cases

* Conduct post-Calc review and interventions

* Develop business cases for strategic decisions

* Perform scenarios, ad hoc analyses and SP / portfolio management sparring to business counterparts

Team Leadership and Development

* Manage and develop the Regional Construction Finance team, manage capacity, performance, and capability uplift

* Develop a collaborative finance function aligned with transformation priorities and focused on effective executionQualifications

* Degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field

* 5-8+ years in Project Controlling or Project Finance

* Experience in construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors

* Solid understanding of contract structures

* Fluent English and Advanced Spanish
