We are looking for an Planning Manager with analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This person will work with cross functional/cross country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL and tech to set up the processes for maintaining the configurations as well in driving improvements in existing fulfillment. The person will be responsible for senior leadership reviews on this program.

Key job responsibilities
Drive planning for sort center and strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and delivery speed across the network;

Lead end-to-end planning for Amazon Sort center.

Network infrastructure implementation;
Transportation system configurations;
Fulfillment center operations enhancement;
New technology platforms and tools deployment;
Performance dashboard development;
Process improvement initiatives.
Oversee multiple cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction and operational excellence;

Manage project lifecycles from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines;

Coordinate with stakeholders to identify requirements, track milestones, and deliver measurable results

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- years of driving process improvements experience
